Individual Classes

One-on-one sessions with Mihaela, perfect for those with specific goals or who prefer a private workout environment. Each exercise program is tailored to your individual needs.

First Session: FREE

Experience our studio and personalized approach with a complimentary first session. We think you’ll fall in love in just one hour.

Group Classes

Small group sessions with 2-3 attendees. Even in a group setting, your exercise program is customized to meet your unique needs.

How do I choose my Kaizen class?

Individual Classes:

Enjoy personalized attention with one-on-one instruction. Ideal for achieving specific fitness goals and receiving detailed feedback. Perfect for those who prefer a private workout environment.

Group Classes:

Benefit from a supportive, small-group environment. Whether you have 1 or 2 friends who want to join you, or you need us to find you a Pilates partner, our group classes offer personalized plans and close attention to each participant. We will start you off with individual sessions at the group session price, and once we understand your abilities and goals, we’ll suggest the best group for you.

How are we creating your pilates journey?

At Kaizen Boutique Studio, every class, whether individual or group, is crafted to help you thrive. Your wellness journey is unique, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Customized Program Design

Your program will be designed accordingly, but don’t worry! Mihaela is ready to respond to your wishes and adapt the exercise plan. Summer is here and you want to work on your bums and tums? Done. Need to show off your arms in a sleeveless dress? We’ll focus on that until your event.

Personalized Assessment

During your first free session, Mihaela will work with you to understand your goals, preferences, abilities, and how you like to experience your sessions—whether it’s the music, style, or pace. (I told you this is going to be your favorite part of the week, just to your liking.)

Comprehensive Body Analysis

We utilize the advanced smart body scale, which provides detailed insights into your body composition. This includes metrics such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, and water content. This comprehensive assessment allows us to tailor your Pilates program to your specific needs and goals.
